Not Your Typical Prom Dress

Shopping for a prom dress can be very annoying and time consuming. However, after all the trouble for one memorable evening, the dress will be stuck in a closet forever or until you decide to donate it.
This is why my daughter and I have decided to make her dress, and it can be worn upon many different occasions besides prom.

Just Cute Tops

I've liked the idea of using the same pattern to create at least two different versions of the same garment, and this is no exception. I created two tops that can be worn off the shoulder or as a regular top. My girl had great fun modeling them for me. :)

Pajamas for Christmas

A week before Christmas, my little girl came to inform me that she will have a pajama party at school. At the same time, I realized that all her pajamas were too short and I could not let her go in what ever she had. I didn't have time to go by a fabric store and buy a pattern, so I used an old t-shirt and a pair of leggings to create a pajama top and bottom. Be a designer and create your one one-of-a-kind Christmas pajamas for your little loved ones.

Easter Outfits Ideas for Little Girls

This coming Easter holiday, a lot of people will be buying new outfits for themselves and specifically for their children. As for little girls, they will inevitably love when something special is crafted just for her. For the holiday, make your little darling an Easter outfit instead of buying one.
Pair a cute pink elbow-sleeve shirt with a sleeve less dress or skirt.

Pink lace and a little bows complete the look.
Use cute buttons to make the shirt more interesting; I used heart-shaped pearl buttons.

Cotton floral dress with sunflower trim.

Happy sewing and happy early Easter!
