A few weeks ago, I decided stop at the local thrift store to
see if there was anything I could not to live without. Surprisingly, it was one
of these days when store ran 50% OFF on everything. One of the very kind
shoppers offered me a coupon and it just made my day. I found a few very interesting
pieces which could be easy transformed into something what I would love to
wear.
One of the pieces was a Design Jacket made of Embroidered fabric.
It had hook and eye center front closure and the size smaller than I usually
wore, but it didn’t stop me from purchasing because the amazing price $3.05 was
irresistible.
I decided to make a vest and add lining, so exposed embroidery
threads on inside of the garment could be completely covered.
I loved the final result and the vest fitted me perfectly.
I’m looking forward to start another project!
