Bracelet made with natural stones and seed beads

While traveling to Nashville TN, I spotted a few bracelets in the airport gift shop.
I didn’t buy any of these beautiful pieces of jewelry, but I got so inspired to make something similar. I also was waiting for an opportunity to try a jewelry making technique, in which stones and seed beads are sewn on a piece of felt and then the backside of the jewelry piece covers with leather piece.
I really enjoyed working on the project.

Sewing with Embroidered fabrics

Sewing a garment from embroidered fabrics can be very time consuming sometimes, if the embroidery is thick and you have to remove it from the seam allowances. In my case the dots of embroidery were so dense that it was impossible to sew through them or near them because machine foot could not go over the embroidery. It took me a week to complete the garment since I had to remove a lot of dots, but I was very happy with a final look.
