Second Life of a Wedding Dress

One of my friends gave me her wedding dress to do something with it. At first, I was not really sure, but she mentioned that I could make a small handbag out of it for her as a memory of her wedding. I made the handbag for her as a Christmas gift and it also happened to be her 24th anniversary. I was very glad to see her happy.

From Formal to Casual

Last year, I created a collection for the America Sewing Expo. I really liked one of the dresses and decided to design something simpler what I could wear to work. Here is the outcome. :)
